Kent Pierce
For over 30 years, Kent Pierce has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties throughout Ventura County and the West San Fernando Valley.
Kent assisted in the consummation of 31 transactions in 2021. Recent transactions include the sale of a 52,000 sq. ft. office building representing the seller, the lease of 65,000 sq. ft. industrial building representing the tenant and the lease of a 70,000 sq. ft. industrial building representing the owner.
As inventory in Ventura County continues to dwindle, many of Kent's most recent transactions are on properties that never make it to the market.
