Recent transactions include the sale of a 67,000 sq. ft. industrial building in Camarillo, the sale of a 26,000 sq. ft. industrial/commercial kitchen facility in Oxnard, the sale of a 28,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant industrial building in Ojai, and the purchase of an 11,000 sq. ft. industrial building in Ventura.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and property management, Trish D'Aquino has built a strong foundation in overseeing all aspects of business operations, optimizing property portfolios, and helping to coordinate the activities Equity Commercial’s brokers, property managers and subcontractors.

Trish joined Equity Commercial in 1999 as a Property Management Assistant and Office Manager. She was responsible for the day-to-day operations of 230,000 square feet of industrial property.
After a hiatus to raise her family, Trish has returned to Equity as Business Operations Manager and Marketing Coordinator. She is now responsible for overseeing and optimizing the marketing and administrative aspects of the firm.
